POLICIES
& GUARANTEES
GUARANTEE: Deefield guarantees your satisfaction with all orders placed with us. If your end product is not to your satisfaction, we will produce the product that is. Deerfilield's policy to guarantee your satisfaction is to have our customers throughly inspect all pieces to their order within three business days. If the order is in any way unsatifactory, Deerfield will take the time to understand the problem and present you with the best possible solution. You must contact us within three bussines days of receiving your order to fix the problem.
E-MAIL PROOFS: FREE
on all new art orders $10 for each for hard copy proof.
PAYMENT:
A payment of 50% is expected by
final approval on artwork.
Balance is due upon receipt of goods unless terms have been
established.
Term balance is due in 21 days. NO NEW ORDERS can be produced
if previous balance is past due. We accept cash, check,
Visa, MC, Discover and AMX.
4 COLOR PROCESS/HALF TONES AND PERCENTAGE COLORS: Will
incure separate prices then spot color. Process is a
more detailed and time consuming than straight spot
color printing job.
PRODUCTION PROOF:$40 plus
price of item, screen charges and shipping.
COLORS: Note that colors of items shown
in the catalog may not be identical due to photography.
If color shade is critical, specific samples are available
for customer approval, prior to production.
SHORTAGES: Despite our best efforts to
ship exact quantities, embellished orders may be subject
to a 2% under runs and will be invoiced accordingly.
SCREENS:
Are property of Deerfield &
Co. Screens will be kept for 12 months from the last
order placed. Reorders placed after 12 months incure
new set-up costs.
C.O.D: Service charge of $15.00 per order.
SHIPPING: To the best of our ability, we will use the most
economical shipping method, unless a specific carrier is
requested. We prefer to use your 3rd party shipper number
to ship your goods to you.
LESS THAN MINIMUM: $10.00.12
pieces minimum for embroidery. 18 pieces minimum for
screenprint.
PMS COLOR MATCH: $25
each.
*PMS color matches are available on silk screened and pad
printed items, but have some color limitations. PMS matches
cannot be guaranteed on dark colored items.
TURN AROUND TIME: Deerfield requires a 2 week turn around time from the date the art is approved/accepted.
RUSH ORDERS: Will incure
a $50 fee for items needing to be turned around in less
then 48 hours.
HANDLING CHARGE: A $5.00 handling charge will
be added per box.
